Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the bitimsiz application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and bitimsiz. Your use of our application means that you have read and understood these terms in their entirety.

2. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the bitimsiz application
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your password confidential
• Each user may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account

3. Acceptable Use

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment and bullying: Harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying directed at other users
• Violence: Sharing content that promotes, glorifies, or depicts violence
• Impersonation: Assuming another person's identity or unauthorized representation
• Spam: Mass messaging, automated interactions, or sharing deceptive content
• Security attacks: Unauthorized access to systems, reverse engineering, or vulnerability exploitation
• Bots and automation: Use of unauthorized bots, scripts, or automated tools

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

4. Content

Content shared by users (posts, comments, messages, media) remains the property of the respective user. By sharing content, you grant bitimsiz a limited, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content.

bitimsiz reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates community guidelines without prior notice. Content moderation is carried out to ensure compliance with our community standards.

5. Intellectual Property

The bitimsiz name, logo, design, software, and all related intellectual property rights belong to the bitimsiz team. Copying, distributing, or modifying these elements without written permission is prohibited.

6. Messaging

The bitimsiz messaging service is protected with end-to-end encryption (E2EE):

• Your messages are encrypted on your device; bitimsiz cannot see or read message content
• The content and use of your messages is entirely your responsibility
• Using the messaging service for illegal purposes (criminal organization communication, sharing illegal content, etc.) is strictly prohibited
• If you lose your encryption keys, it is technically impossible for us to recover your messages

7. Investment Tracking

The bitimsiz investment tracking module is provided for informational purposes only:

• Information provided is not investment advice; any investment decisions are entirely your responsibility
• Price data is sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate or delayed
• Your portfolio data is stored only on your device (zero-knowledge architecture); our servers do not know your portfolio contents
• bitimsiz accepts no liability for losses resulting from investment decisions

8. Fees and Subscription

• bitimsiz offers basic features for free; premium features are available through in-app purchases
• Subscription cancellation is done through the app store (App Store / Google Play)
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refund is provided for the active period
• bitimsiz reserves the right to change pricing with prior notification

9. Limitation of Liability

• The application is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed
• Service interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances
• bitimsiz cannot be held responsible for interruptions of third-party services (cloud, payment, data providers)
• bitimsiz accepts no liability for data loss resulting from user error (including loss of encryption keys)
• bitimsiz is not responsible for losses resulting from price data errors in the investment tracking module

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through in-app settings
• bitimsiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice
• After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Anonymized statistical data may be retained after account deletion

11. Changes

bitimsiz may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-app notifications. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in case of disputes.
